Whilst I have no grouse with customer service. I was disappointed with delivery. I paid extra for 2 day delivery and it took a week to arrive. Although I was refunded the difference, this product, which looks fine, arrived too late to meet my deadline and the bikes had to be stored elsewhere, until I have time to fit it, which will now be most inconvenient.Not a comment yet on the Rack. Order well in advance!

Good study, quality bike rack. Holds our 2 adult sized bikes no problem.
