Returns
Unwanted Goods:
We want you to be happy with your purchase and if for any reason you are not, you can return any of them to Household Innovations for a refund, minus the original shipping costs, providing they are returned to us within 7 working days from the date after you receive the goods, unused and in their original packaging. For unwanted goods, please note that you are responsible for shipping costs when returning them.

Faulty Goods
If any of the goods arrive faulty, we will either provide a complete refund or send you a replacement free of charge, providing you contact us within 48 working hours of receipt of goods.
