Any collected condensate is removed automatically out of the hot air vent hose so there are no tanks to empty or separate pipes to plumb in to remove the water. In heating mode the D12KDH air conditioner is a true HEAT PUMP unit - this gives high efficiency heating without the use of inefficient electrical elements as fitted to budget units. You get 3.52kWh of heating using only 1.14kW of electrical energy!

Supplied complete with 2 metre vent hose and fish-tail vent adaptor.

Simply unbox, place in the room you wish to cool, plug in and place the exhaust hose through a partly open window, door or wall vent and enjoy the cool air.

Our Review: Nice looking unit that is really easy to set up.  In fact, within 10 minutes of taking it out of the box it was fully operational and doing its job.  We were surprised by how far the cooled air is projected as even Lewis who sits at the back of the office could feel it!  Whilst this air conditioner is portable (it has castors) you do of course have to have a window within reach of the hose. This is not just an air conditioner it is climate control  - you set the temperature you want the room at and the air conditioner does what is necessary to achieve this! For larger areas, there is the D14KDH or the D10KDH for smaller rooms. A nice feature also is the remote control so if you find the room a little chillier than is comfortable you don't even have to get up to change it!!
